Alexander Soto

Sound Healer & Compassionate Guide

Alexander Soto is an 18 year-old sound healer, artist, and natural-born leader with a heartfelt mission to bring kindness and harmony into the world. As a core member of Om Yogita Healing Yoga School, Alexander collaborates closely with his mom to offer transformative sound healing sessions that inspire connection and healing. Together, they weave the art of sound with yoga, breathwork, and meditation to create deeply restorative experiences for their community.

Alexander’s contributions to sound healing are both intuitive and skillful. Using crystal bowls, a 34-inch gong, kochi chimes, ocean drums, and other powerful tools, he creates immersive soundscapes that guide participants into a state of relaxation and inner peace. His ability to connect authentically with others shines through as he assists in holding space for healing, reflection, and renewal.

Beyond his work as a sound healer, Alexander is a self-taught artist whose abstract creations channel his creativity to inspire and uplift. He is also a compassionate mentor, having served as a Waldorf Summer Camp teacher and a leader at the Ninja Science Academy, where he encouraged young minds through creativity and play.

Alexander’s commitment to wellness is evident in his active lifestyle, which includes training in Krav Maga (Green Belt), CrossFit, dance, boxing, swimming, and more. His love for movement mirrors his love for life, as he approaches each endeavor with mindfulness and purpose.

With a unique blend of artistry, leadership, and a deep passion for sound healing, Alexander is excited to embark on this new chapter of service alongside his mom. Together, they aim to nurture their community, helping others find balance, connection, and healing through the transformative power of sound.
